Just Digital People is a specialised Recruitment Business that has been established for over 7 successful years. Our brand originated in Brisbane and we have successfully made our way into the Sydney, Melbourne and London markets.
As a business, JDP continues to make big strides in the world of Digital Recruitment and is well-known for our speciality, industry knowledge, networks and exceptional delivery.

The current opportunity that sits within the QLD team:
  • Recruitment Consultant - Software – salary between $70-85K + Super + commission
  • This is a full time/permanent position

You may have experience working for a corporate and not enjoying your current desk (*accountancy, support, legal, other) and have perhaps identified that the digital world is where you want to be. I would be more than open to discussing what the word of Software/Digital/Creative recruitment looks like. It’s by far one of the most buoyant spaces across the Australian market right now, and in my experience, one of the most enjoyable!

As I’ve eluded to, there is no ideal background for these roles, more so individuals that possess the right temperament and attitude; prior exposure to the recruitment industry is a definite plus however.
  • It might be that you're operating as a Candidate Manager with the desire to step up, or already operating as a 360-degree Consultant. I would strongly advise you reach out to initiate an exploratory conversation. Transparency is something that’s valued with us, and I’d be completely open if this doesn’t seem like the right fit for you.

We/I would personally take the time to invest in you and ensure you’re up to speed within a reasonable timeframe. To start within a new business, and possibly a new recruitment vertical can be daunting experience. JDP is a fully supportive and encouraging environment to work amongst. We have the right experience and knowledge to help upskill interstate Recruiters to the “relationship-driven market” that is Brisbane.

What’s in it for you?

Our employees are the backbone of our company, and we reward effectively for the hard work that they put in. JDP’s commission structure is extremely relevant and above market-trend. You will be given the time, tools, training and mentoring along with a number of additional benefits that make it enjoyable to come to work each day. We have encompassed a flexible nature in the way in which we work, and this includes work from home day(s) and fantastic group incentives such as end of quarter fun and trips away.

If you have an interest or passion that covers any of the above, please reach out to Sam Needs on 0430 629 712 (or) alternatively send an email to sam.n@justdigitalpeople.com.au
